Psychogeography

an investigation into a walk

In this workshop we will deal with the forms of walking. Applying the situationist "dérive" and the W.Benjamin "flaneur" to collect movement. The workshop will focus on certain aspects of walking as a fundamental movement linked to artistic space. Synchronized or desynchronized - together or alone Our bodies are defined by a variety of rhythms. We will explore the dynamics of walking - how can we transform the walk into stumbles, strolls, rhythms and dances - repeating the circling, going from point A to point B and losing ourselves in it These threads weave both the outer and inner spaces that are constantly created by the way we walk. We will explore and map the environment and work on the task of how walking can become dancing, can become walking.
